I am sure if you have been looking at any diet site over the last year you would have read about the too-good-to-be-true concept of negative calorie foods. These foods rely on the idea that these particular foods require more energy to digest them than the amount they contain. Meaning that by consuming these foods you'll have a calorie deficit. Therefore, theoretically, it seems to be a great idea, but the reality is that most of these foods are not exactly "calorie-negative" like the fantastic articles suggest.
